Business History:
Aida Habul joined Collett as Assistant Real Estate Manager. Aida will provide support to the entire management and lease administration team, assist with Yardi transition from MRI, and assist with our new AvidXchange payables processing and coding.
Aida has worked in residential and commercial real estate for eight years. She joins us from Cambridge Properties, where she was office manager responsible for supporting property management, development, document/file management and general accounting.
Aida also worked for Lincoln Property Company for numerous years in Pittsburgh, PA and Charlotte, NC, where she served as a Leasing & Marketing Professional performing numerous activities including prospect profiling/qualifying, leasing, preparing lease agreements, move-in and move-out procedures, advertising, marketing plans, internet ads, and print ads.
