Terri joined Collett in April 2022, bringing over 25 years of industry-specific experience. She has worked for many reputable commercial partners throughout her career in positions ranging from residential development to managing over 700,000 square feet of commercial assets.
Prior to joining Collett, Terri oversaw facility management with JLL, managing about 35 commercial assets along the East Coast. Terri is determined to find efficient and valuable strategies for her landlord clients while maintaining open communication and real estate expertise in all her vendor and tenant relationships. Terri and her family reside in Greenville, SC, relocating from Ohio.
