Robert Wright

Robert Wright has over 16 years experience in commercial real estate, continually operating throughout the United States representing tenants and landlords, both institutional and local. In 2011 he created Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA), a boutique consulting company for specialty retailers in site selection strategies and transaction negotiations. Robert is also affiliated with Corinth Properties on site acquisition, development, leasing and land sales. Prior to SRA, Robert was a founding member of Falcon Realty Advisors (2005-2011), performing comprehensive real estate services for tenants, landlords, and developers across the U.S. on behalf of clients such as Pier 1 Imports, Williams-Sonoma and Continental Retail Development. He began his career in with Lincoln Property Company (1998 – 2005) leasing shopping center space for institutional and local investors, following four years working in San Diego after college.

In 2013 Robert opened a Collett office in Dallas, Collett Southwest. Robert’s specialization has lead to a primary focus on national tenant representation, specialty leasing and development. His clients include Chico’s, White House / Black Market / Soma / Boston Proper, Francesca’s Collections, Apricot Lane, Dress Barn as well as Men’s Wearhouse and several promising start-ups. Robert lives in Dallas and is active in community issues related to Uptown Dallas as member of Uptown Dallas Inc.’s Board of Directors. He can be found in the stands at the University of Texas on any given football Saturday with other die-hards.
