Kyle joined the Collett team in July 2018. His primary focus at Collett has been deal creation in retail and medical office development. Kyle has sourced, developed, and sold over 20 million dollars of real estate during his tenure at Collett.

Before joining Collett, Kyle began his real estate endeavors working for his family’s business, Bullard Restaurant Group. From 2012 to 2018, Kyle led new store development and site selections for his family business. Kyle, at the time, was also heavily involved in the operations, as a director, in Moe’s Southwest Grill division. He continues to own, operate and work closely with his family business focusing on new asset purchases and value-add opportunities for Bullard Restaurant’s real estate portfolio.
