Business History
Isis joined the Collett Management team in April 2026, as Real Estate Manager. She will oversee a portfolio of 10 properties across Texas, with a dedicated focus on strengthening and supporting client relationships. She brings a strong background in commercial real estate, having previously served as a Commercial Property Manager at JLL, where she collaborated with property management and leasing teams to deliver results for national clients.
With more than 13 years of experience across commercial and multifamily portfolios, Isis has developed deep expertise in managing complex real estate assets and transactions. She is recognized for her strategic approach to portfolio oversight, commitment to process improvement, and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive measurable, value-added outcomes.
Isis holds a degree in Global Business from The University of Texas at Dallas and is currently completing her Executive MBA at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. She is also a licensed Texas Real Estate professional.
