David joined Collett in February, 2012. His primary focus is buyer/tenant representation, out-parcel and land sales, leasing and value-add redevelopment.
Prior to joining the company, David was a Senior Broker at New South Properties, and was responsible for leasing a multitude of projects for an array of partners and third party owners. The Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) recognized him as Rookie of the Year in 2007. His transaction and client experience include: Fatz Cafe, Showmar’s Restaurants, Direct General Insurance, Bruegger's Bagels, and landlord entities owned by Westwood Financial Corp, The Berry Company, The Lauth Property Group, and Developers Diversified.
David also spent ten years in the investment banking industry as a Technology Position Trader and Institutional Equity Sales Trader with Montgomery Securities, Bank of America and Wachovia Securities.
