After graduating law school, Chris spent over ten years practicing law specializing in commercial real estate development, land use and environmental law. During this time, Chris worked for Kennedy, Covington, Lobdell & Hickman in Charlotte, NC and then Cobb Cole in his hometown, Daytona Beach, FL. Chris left private practice to join Collett where he has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing and entitlement efforts of retail projects in North and South Carolina, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona and Florida, and Chris continues to manage legal work associated with Collett projects. With over fourteen years of experience in commercial real estate, Chris has developed an expertise in site acquisition, complex entitlements and permitting, development and tenant negotiation matters.
Chris is involved in his community and lives in Greenville, SC with his wife and two boys.
