As a Brokerage and Development Coordinator, Amanda plays a key role in supporting all aspects of retail brokerage and development. Her primary responsibilities include facilitating site selection, coordinating leases and sales contracts, drafting lease amendments, letters of intent, proposals for services, routine correspondence, and closing documents.
Amanda also leads all marketing initiatives for the Collett Greenville office. She is responsible for the creation of comprehensive marketing materials, including leasing proposals, property marketing packages, and customized site tour presentations.
Before joining Collett in October 2022, Amanda built a strong foundation in communication and organization through her previous role as an educator in the Greenville County Public School system.
