PORT ORANGE -- The newly built CVS Pharmacy in front of the proposed Altamira Village Shopping Center on Dunlawton Avenue and Taylor Branch Road here has been sold.

Center developers Collett and Associates of Charlotte, N.C., and Sooner Investments of Oklahoma City, doing business as Four Lanes LLC, sold the 1.7-acre site and store for just under $2.5 million, according to county records. The store opened in May.

The buyer was Port Orange LLC out of Weston, Conn.

Altamira Village Shopping Center is a proposed 143,000-square-foot shopping center on 23 acres.
