Collett to Manage and Lease Mooresville Festival
Mooresville, NC, March 2017 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce that it has been named the management and leasing agent for Mooresville Festival in Mooresville, North Carolina. Mooresville Festival contains a total of 160,000 square feet (SF) including two anchors, Kohl’s and Big Lots and shadow anchored by Belk.
The portion of the center that Collett will be managing and leasing totals 160,000 SF and is anchored by a 86,479 SF Kohl’s. The 38,946 SF of shop space is 95% leased with an available spaces ranging from 1,400 - 2,800. There are eight tenants including Kohl’s, Big Lots, Belk Kids, Shoe Carnival, Consignment First, One Main Financial/ Spring Leaf Financial, Best Nails and Lake Country Gallery which comprise the lineup.
Collett broker Phil Neari will coordinate leasing and marketing for the center. Margaret Huckabee will serve as the property manager for the new owner, Unison Realty Partners. This is the third property in North Carolina that Collett and Unison Realty Partners have joined together on. The other two properties are Johnston Road Plaza in Pineville, NC and Chatham Crossing in Chapel Hill, NC. Collett also developed Mooresville Festival in 1991.
