Collett to Handle Leasing and Management for Renaissance Square & Catawba Village

CHARLOTTE, NC, October 24, 2012 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, has been selected by Entry Point Capital of Stamford, Connecticut to handle the leasing and property management for Renaissance Square, a community shopping center located in Davidson, NC, and Catawba Village, a neighborhood shopping center located in Charlotte, NC, effective immediately. Renaissance Square is an 80,468 square foot mixed use project, which is anchored by Harris Teeter and includes other inline tenants such as UPS Store, Subway, Snap Fitness, Northeast Pediatric Dentistry, and ABC Liquor Store. Catawba Village is a 56,840 square foot center, which is anchored by Food Lion. Other tenants include Bamboo Garden, T.H. Nail Spa, and Fox Pizza.Jim Gamble will market the available spaces for lease andRyan Mosser will manage the property.
