CLEMSON, SC, January 14, 2013 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, has been selected by South Coast Commercial to handle the leasing and property management for Clemson Station, a neighborhood shopping center located in Clemson, SC, effective immediately. Clemson Station contains approximately 11,927 square feet of retail space. Tenants include Jersey Mike’s Subs, GameStop, Advance America, City Hair & Nails, Clemson Sushi Bar, Skin Arte, and 3 Spoons Yogurt. Cortney Carter and Bill Runge will market the available space for lease and Margaret Railey will manage the property.
