Brandon Harris joined Collett Retail in 2017 after 15 years at United Commercial Realty and CBRE | UCR. Throughout his career, he has had a solid track record of proven results in retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. With many production awards and client accolades over the years, Brandon has been a consistent top producer by focusing on client needs rather than just transactions.
On the project side, Brandon has been responsible for many notable leasing assignments in the Dallas area, including Inwood Village, Mockingbird Station, Shops At Highland Village, Park Lane, Preston Forest Village, Preston Hollow Village, and more. Always one to take an owner’s view of leasing, Brandon implements very targeted, creative and persistent prospecting that yields measurable results.
On the tenant side, Brandon has worked on an exclusive basis with both national chains and local operators alike, including Glorias Restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, Panda Express, IHOP, CiCi’s Pizza, Smashburger, Which Wich and many more.
Throughout his career, Brandon has also been involved on the investment and development side of the business, playing pivotal roles in land acquisition, assemblage, consulting, and investment sales from both the buyer and seller side.
Today, as part of Collett Retail, Brandon specializes in retail leasing, investment sales, and sourcing retail acquisition & development opportunities, where he brings strong relationships, technical expertise, and creativity to bear on behalf of his clients and investors.
A native of San Antonio, today Brandon lives in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas and is actively involved in family life with his wife and two teenage sons. His hobbies include motorcycles, hunting and politics.
