Business History:            

Kevin brings over 14 years of experience in industrial and retail real estate development, with a track record spanning more than 36 industrial and 90 retail build-to-suit projects totaling approximately 10 million square feet nationwide. His expertise covers the full development lifecycle — from site selection, due diligence, and entitlements through design management, construction delivery, and leasing.

Prior to joining Collett Industrial, Kevin spent nine years at SunCap Property Group as Vice President of Development, where he led national build-to-suit development for Fortune 500 clients and worked closely with FedEx Ground's corporate real estate team and brokerage partners. Over his tenure, Kevin played a central role in more than 36 ground-up industrial projects totaling over 8 million square feet across multiple markets. He began his career at Primax Properties as Development Coordinator, supporting the delivery of 90 retail build-to-suit projects for tenants including Dollar General, Tractor Supply, and Bojangles.
