Business History:
Terrance joined the Collett Management team in June 2020, bringing over 30 years of residential and commercial property management as well as project management experience. Terrance is responsible for the daily operations, capital management, and administration of multiple grocery and national anchored retail centers on the Southern East Coast.
Most recently, Terrance managed a commercial and residential portfolio of 15 properties for JCR Companies. He has also worked with Lincoln Property Company, directly managing a 1 million S.F. class “A” and “B” office and retail portfolio, for Adler Realty where he directly managed a 1.2 million S.F. portfolio of industrial, flex and retail properties and for LMG/Paragon where he managed a diverse portfolio of 800,000 S.F. of office, retail and industrial properties.
Terrance has been an active member of AOBA-Metro in Washington, DC. He has been a Boy Scout leader and a youth mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program as well
